Wu-Tang Clan and Nas have announced their 2022 N.Y. State of Mind Tour will proceed through 2023, with one stop in Toronto.
The co-headliners will perform in Toronto on Oct. 1 at Scotiabank Arena. Tickets are on sale to most people starting Friday at 9 a.m., with presale starting as early as Feb. 28 via Ticketmaster.
This yr marks the fiftieth anniversary of hip-hop, with many referencing each Wu-Tang Clan and Nas as pioneers of the genre.
Their 2022 leg of the N.Y. State of Mind tour led to critical acclaim, with the Rolling Stone saying the co-headliners proved the “genre’s elders have real endurance.”
This yr’s tour will kick off in May, with the North American leg set to start on Sept. 20 in Nashville.
Other than Toronto, they announced other Canadian dates this fall, including in Calgary, Laval, Winnipeg, Edmonton and Vancouver. The rappers will even perform in Recent Zealand, Australia and Europe earlier within the yr.
