Health Canada is recalling Calico Critters animal toys which might be sold with pacifier and bottle accessories.
There have been two reports of youngsters choking on the pacifiers or bottles within the U.S.
One in every of those children died.
Health Canada says there have been no reports of youngsters choking on the toys in Canada.
It says the packaging states that the toys are for youngsters age three years and older and that small parts present a choking hazard to younger kids.
Consumers are asked to right away stop using the toys and speak to Epoch Everlasting Play for a free substitute accessory.
The corporate says greater than 248,000 affected toys were sold in Canada. Greater than three million were sold within the U.S.
It says the affected products were sold between January 2000 and August 2021.
