DETROIT — Chevrolet is freshening the Trailblazer subcompact crossover with latest exterior features and interior technology
Updates for the 2024 model include the front fascia, grille details and exterior lighting, Chevy said in a press release. Inside, an 11-inch touch screen and 8-inch driver information screen are actually standard on all trims. The Trailblazer also will are available two latest colors: Copper Harbor Metallic and Cacti Green.
The RS and Activ trims could have a two-tone roof available. The RS exterior styling includes blacked-out features, a mesh grille and 19-inch wheels, while the Activ could have off-road capabilities built into its tires, shocks and dampers, Chevy said.
All trims will come standard with automatic emergency braking, front pedestrian braking, lane keep assist, lane departure warning and other advanced driver-assistance systems. Push-button start, cruise control and an HD rear camera are standard across trims. Adaptive cruise control is obtainable.
All-wheel drive is standard on the RS and Activ trims and available on the LS and LT.
Chevrolet Canada says pricing for 2024 Trailblazer shall be released “closer to Canadian market availability.” The vehicle arrives in U.S. dealerships in the autumn, priced US$1,000 higher than the outgoing model.
Chevy will proceed to import the crossover from South Korea.
Chevy brought back the Trailblazer in 2020 as a subcompact, slotting between the Trax and the larger Equinox . The name previously had been used on a midsize SUV last in-built the 2009 model 12 months.
